Voicescape, a provider of analytics and engagement software for social housing and local authorities, has reported a year of growth, surpassing six million properties reached across its product suite.
Since October 2020, the Manchester-based company has increased its customer numbers fivefold and reported a tenfold increase in recurring revenue. Its Caseload Manager solution, launched in 2022, now manages over one million properties across more than 50 customers.
The company’s expansion follows the early 2026 acquisition of Enterprise RPA, a move designed to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) with robotic process automation. This development aims to assist social landlords and local government bodies in managing rising arrears and stricter regulatory requirements by automating routine administrative tasks.
During the current financial year, the firm also launched Agreements Manager. This solution was developed to address internal research suggesting that tenant repayment agreements break more than 90 per cent of the time, contributing significantly to social housing arrears.

Gary Haynes, Managing Director at Voicescape, said: “As a purpose-led business, our focus remains clear: helping public service organisations build stronger connections with the communities they serve. The progress we’ve made this year has enabled us to reach more properties and better support the social housing and local authorities sectors as it responds to increasing pressure.
“At a time when organisations in these sectors are expected to achieve more with fewer resources, there’s a pressing need for greater efficiency, smarter automation, and reliable oversight that keeps people firmly at the centre of service delivery. Our recent acquisition of Enterprise RPA marks an important step in meeting that need. Together, we now offer a single integrated partner that supports the full operational lifecycle, designed specifically for housing providers and local authorities.”
The company, which is backed by the private equity firm BGF, was recently ranked 55th in the Tussell Tech200, an index tracking the fastest-growing technology suppliers to the UK public sector.
